Our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and convenience for all our customers. Please read the following guidelines to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Returns:
Except as listed below, if you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will provide you with a full refund equivalent to the price of the purchased product for return, as such price is listed on the Webshop for that product at the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions and relevant and applicable European Union regulations regarding the sale of goods:
- Products purchased can be returned at any time by the customer within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original sale condition (unused with original tags and/or labels attached).
You may be asked or prompted to provide personal details for successful returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions on how to proceed.
We will NOT accept returns on any of the following products:
- No returns on customized items.
- No returns on broken/altered products.
Faulty product returns:
If the product(s) you have purchased from us is/are faulty, wrongly described or substantially different from a sample shown, then We will meet Our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
If a product or products have been delivered to you before you decided to cancel your order or terminate your registered account to the Website, then you must return such products to us, without undue delay, and in any event no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the day on which you have given us notification that you wish to terminate either the specific order of products or your registered account.
Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange.
We’ll provide you with a return shipping label for the defective or damaged item, and a replacement will be sent to you upon receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
Apparel & Accessories:
If you received the wrong size or color of an apparel or accessory item and would like to exchange it for the correct one, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange.
We’ll provide you with a return shipping label for the incorrect item, and a replacement in the desired size or color will be sent to you upon receiving the returned item.
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges, except for the postage charges mentioned above. However, if the new item is a different product (including a different color) and there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference.
Please ensure that the apparel or accessory item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
We do NOT provide refunds on such items, but we do replace them for the same product purchased (as applicable and subject to the provisions of this Policy).
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a refund or a similar item of equal value.
Returns process:
The product needs to be returned to New Notion. within 30 days from the date of delivery and you will have to cover the cost of returning the product.
A refund for a return product will be paid to customer’s account within 14 days from receiving the product and the return note. – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
If the return product fails to be received by New Notion, we cannot cover the costs involved. If the product is not in the same condition as it was when it left the shop for delivery, New Notion, will charge an amount covering the loss of value to the product and the net amount will be paid to the customer’s account.
Once the returned product is received, We will notify you via email regarding the acceptance of the return (subject to the terms stated herein) and issue your refund. If the returned item does not meet Our Return, Exchange & Refunds Policy standards (as above), your order will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
