The following trade terms apply for all products which are ordered by private customers via our webshop: newnotion.com.cy
These terms and conditions (“TOS”) are the terms which apply when you access the website newnotion.com.cy (our ‘Website’ or our ‘Site’) or place orders to purchase any of our products. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ in the TOS is a reference to New Notion Concept Store . Trading under G.I. New Notion, registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any reference to ‘you’ and ‘your’ is a reference to you, meaning the user of this website.
Please read carefully before placing any orders. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference.
We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using our website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
We accept payments via Viva Wallet. Prices shown on our Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Information on our shipping rates, can be found at our shipping information page.
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
In order to make purchases on our Website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent, and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. Our Site respects our customers’ account information as private and confidential are processed pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
Please note that some of the products sold by New Notion Concept Store are handmade. Therefore, due to the nature of handmade items, there might be slight imperfections and some products may have minor variations.
We reserve the right to change the prices and delivery terms without prior notification. These changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted by a receipt or invoice.
